The following are the guidelines, terms, and conditions for placing an order thru Mine-us. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Requesting a quote
-choose the garment style and color you wish to have printed
-decide the quantity you would like per size
-email your artwork to email@example.com
-preferred file types are: .ai and .pdf
-.psd and .tif files are accepted if they are at least 300 dpi at the size you wish them to be printed
-.jpg and .png are not preferred but may work in some cases
-again, please send the file at the size you wish it to be printed or include the dimensions in the email.
-if your file does not match the above guidelines we can sometimes clean up the art for you. This incurs a charge of $30 due before we start. This may not work in some cases and we may need to completely reproduce your art. In that case an estimate will be provided.
-once the artwork is finalized we will send over a detailed mock-up for approval.
-after all this information is submitted we will send you a quote for your order
-all quotes will be dated and expire after 30 days
Starting the order
-once you approve the quote a 50% deposit* is required to process the order
*occasionally a larger deposit is required when ordering more expensive garments i.e. sweatshirts
-turnaround time is usually within 10 business days of receiving your deposit but subject to product availability
-if you need your order in less than 7 business days a 25% fee will be applied to the order and it must be PAID IN FULL before we begin.
-orders over 72 pieces of the same design will be free of screen charges
-orders under 72 prints of the same setup will require a fee of $15 per screen, 1 screen per color in the design.
Our rates begin at 24 pieces but we are more than happy to print any size order. Feel free to email us your order and we will send you an estimate.
Our maximum print size is 17″x21″ on adult garments. Prints may have to be smaller on some youth and womens products. Other print locations available, just ask!
